Privacy Policy

We are now able to take orders over the phone or by telephone using the virtual terminal system provided by Paypal. Please note the following:

1.  We store customer names, addresses (home and e-mail [if provided]]), telephone number(s) (if provided) and order details (the description of the product[s]) as received i.e correspondence, telephone orders (recorded on paper), printed hard copies of on-line orders. This  information is transferred onto an internal electric database to process your order.

2. Customer information  as set out in point 1 above will not be shared with third party(s) and will only be used by Next Stop Productions.

3. Details of customer orders are retained so that the proprieter of Next Stop Productions complies with tax return requirements  for self employed persons as set out by HM Customs and Excise.

4. We may use your details in order to send out information (by post or e-mail) detailing any new products which may be of interest to you.  Should customers not wish to receive  furthe r information at a customer's request we will refrain from sending any further material.

5. Custome r details are  not left on open display at  our premises and are placed in designated folders  and secured i n locked premises. Customer details are   not removed from the premises.

6. Customers can contact the proprieter (see con tact details on our contact pages) if they find any of their details to be incorrect and require amendment.

7. We will not store any  of your financial detalis i.e. credit/debit card numbers by electronic, paper or other means. Your card details will be inputted into the Paypal virtual terminal system at the time of your call. Should there be a problem with the transaction we will contact you to re-input your details.

Delivery Policy

1.Postage is free (by standard parcel delivery) on all orders requiring delivery to the UK. Should items require delivery other tha n standard post (e.g tracked, recorded, special delivery etc) the full  postage fee will be paid by the customer.

2. Orders which require delivery outside of the UK will be charged according to the weight of the parcel & destination at the appropiriate rate set out by Royal  Mail and will be sent either by air or surface mail.

3. Orders will be dispatched within a maximum of 28 days.

4. Delivery times quoted are estimates only, and Next Stop Productions.co.uk shall not be liable for any delays caused. However, unless we have agreed a longer period for delivery with you, we will either deliver goods within twenty eight days of you placing the order or we will let you know as soon as it will not be possible to meet this obligation. If we do let you know then we will either agree a new time for delivery with you or, at your request, refund any monies paid by you in respect of the delayed goods.

Return / Refund/ Cacellation Policy

1. You have the right to cancel any complete order within seven days from the date of delivery .

2 The cancellation notice should be sent by e-mail to www.nextstopproductions.co.uk at nextstopproductions@talktalk.net & must state your name, a description of the goods concerned and the date of your order.

3. You must return the goods to Next Stop Productions by registered post within five working days from the date of the Cancellation Notice. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Next Stop Productions and the risk of damage to the goods in transit. If the goods are damaged in transit we reserve the right to refuse a refund and it will be your responsibility to seek compensation from the carrier.

4. Once we receive the returned goods & are satisfied that you have complied with points 1 - 3 above we will send you confirmation by e-mail that the return of the goods has been accepted  and will immediately make a refund (upon clearance of your funds for payment of the order) of the price the goods only (i.e. less cost of postage for orders sent outside the UK) to your debit or credit card used to purchase the goods. 

5. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error , we shall have the right to refuse to meet or to cancel any orders placed for that product or service whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Limitation of Liability

1. Nothing set out within the website of Next Stop Productions shall affect the statutory rights of any consumer or exclude or restrict any liability for death or personal injury arising from the negligence or fraud of Next Stop Productions.

2. You agree that Next Stop Productions shall not be liable either in contract, tort, negligence, statutory duty or otherwise, for any:

a. loss of profits, revenue or goodwill or any type of consequential, indirect or special loss or damage whatever;

b. direct loss or damage (including loss or damage which is reasonably foreseeable or occurs naturally in the course of things) resulting from any acts, omissions, failures or delays occurring on or in relation to those parts of the Internet not under Next Stop Productions direct control including, without limitation, damage for loss of business, loss of sales, non payment of sums due, loss of profits, business interruption, loss of reputation, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss (even where Next Stop Productions has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage).
